Please follow these steps before entering a rider.
1. Check the rider’s official grade
Use the grade finder first. The official grade shown there will be used for weekly entries.
Grades are set by Christchurch Schools Cycling and take into account rider experience, past performance, bunch skills and where the rider best fits the racing. Grade changes are not decided by parents, schools or wishful thinking in lycra.
If you believe a rider has been graded incorrectly, email chchschoolcycling@gmail.com with clear evidence. Requests may not be accepted.
2. Check they are not already entered
Search this week’s entries before submitting a new entry.
3. Enter rider/s
The entry button will only appear if your search finds no matching entry.
This helps prevent double entries, which are a pain in the derailleur and make the admin gremlins multiply.
Type the rider’s full first and last name to check whether they have already been entered this week. If another rider appears, keep typing the full name — the entry button only appears when no matching entry is found.
If the rider’s name did not come up in your search, you can enter them now.
